We love our Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and received several flavors to try out with it. As mentioned in my review of the machine, we do not typically drink more than one cup of coffee per day. However, we all love hot chocolate, and I was delighted to find this as one of the flavors to try.It seems a few reviewers are rating this as if it was chocolate flavored coffee, but it is not. Before getting our Dolce Gusto machine, we drank instant hot chocolate made with water. No more, this product has knocked it out of the running! While it is not the best hot chocolate I have ever had in my life, it is much better than the instant brand we have used for years. To me, it tasted like powdered hot cocoa, and not a very good one at that. I have tried adjusting the Choc/Milk ratio but didn't find a good taste. It's a shame because NesCafe has such a good name in Europe where drinking Chocolate is held to a much higher standard than here in the US. I expected a better product. |
